About The Job

This job is a member of the Talent Team within the People/HR Division. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining existing and new reporting metrics that will assist in measuring talent acquisition’s effectiveness and efficiency in relation to processes, people and technology.

Specifically, you’ll do the following:

* Delivers talent acquisition reporting services which produces and delivers timely reports to TA senior leadership and AA’s business leaders to review and interpret talent acquisition activity

* Partners with AA’s HR Analytics and HRIS reporting teams to ensure data integrity

* Owns and maintains the Talent Acquisition dashboard which incorporates key metrics for review by AA senior leadership

* Reviews and analyzes data and metrics to measure operational processes and assist in the development of improvements to policies, programs and procedures to streamline the effectiveness of talent acquisition

* Conducts research to identify and analyze relevant data and report on results

* Designs and delivers advanced PowerPoint presentations, Excel, Tableau and business objects reports

* Creates and maintains various reports, tracking spreadsheets and on demand ad hoc report requests as needed within strict timescales

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training

* 3 years of experience working as an analyst, working with data and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

* Advanced Excel and intermediate PowerPoint skills

* Ability to manage projects, develop programming and design reports

* Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast paced environment

* Energetic, forward-thinking, creative and able to challenge assumptions while providing a high quality work product

* Ability to be flexible and comfortable with ambiguity; ability to embrace change

* Collaborative and comfortable in client centric environment with a commitment to excellent service quality

* Excellent judgment, maturity and able to maintain confidentiality

* Ability to interpret and forecast data as well as translate the metrics and business impact

* Ability to translate strategy into actions
