What the role is:

Reporting to the Hospitality Manager, you will be the first point of contact for all guests and will ensure that the customer suite is maintained clean and presentable to high standards. This is a part time position on 20 hours per week.

What you’ll be doing will include:

*

Open the customer suite on a daily basis as per the opening procedures

*

Ensure the entrance to the customer suite is clean and tidy

*

Ensure restrooms are clean and well stocked

*

Sweep, vacuum and mop floors

*

Clean and polish glasses, crockery and service equipment to required standards

*

Maintain all customer suite equipment such as coffee machines and tea stations

*

Identify and report any maintenance issues

*

Support with the set-up of presentations

*

Possess a clear understanding of customer activity each day

*

Opportunity for development of customer service and administration skills

What you’ll have will include:

Basic computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Word

Ability to work on your own initiative with a pro active nature

Fluent in English, both oral and written

*

Flexibility to work Monday to Friday from 6am to 10am
