Job Role:
Excel Technical Consulting are working with a valued aviation client looking to increase their customer service department following recent expansion. We are looking for experienced customer service managers who can show exemplary levels of customer service by carrying out relevant tasks required maintaining the company’s reputation. You will be expected to assist customers with incoming enquiries as well as the company’s Sales, Engineering and Commercial departments with internal affairs. Ideally you will have come from an aerospace background and show technical understanding within the industry such as gas turbine engine. However this is not essential and similar engineering backgrounds will be considered.
With training provided and clear progression available within the company this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing multi national company. You will be to earn up to £31,000k dependant on experience with company pension scheme and holidays. This role is based at the company’s head office in Gosport, ideally you will be located in surrounding areas such as; Portsmouth, Fareham, Porchester or other closely located areas.
