Civil MRO Customer Programme Manager

(1 x Permanent)

The Civil Customer Programme Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of customer relationships, maximising customer satisfaction and delivering on sales plans for a variety of Civil customers.  The main responsibilities of the role include:

• Propose and maintain a clear medium and long-term strategy for customers and their respective product lines.
• Management and co-ordination of pricing, working with the revenue management team to ensure maximum value creation across every aspect of the Civil MRO business
• Analyse the market and commercial activity to ensure effective inventory levels are provisioned & available to grow the Civil MRO business.
• Develop broader business strategies, reporting budgets and performance reviews.
• Build & develop strong long-term relationships with customers. Coordinate and participate in meetings and reviews between Ontic and the customer.
• Develop & improve company branding and execute areas for business opportunities & growth.

• Responsible for the successful transition & integration of new product licences into the Civil MRO business. 

 

With demonstrable experience in the management of aerospace or industrial projects or contracts at a similar level, the successful Customer Programme Manager will:

• Have strong, demonstrable experience in the management of Civil aerospace programs or contracts.

• Be competent in the development and implementation of Product strategy.

• Have strong knowledge of the aerospace MRO market place, and demonstrable experience of converting this into actionable plans and initiatives.

• Possess strong interpersonal skills with a pragmatic approach to problem solving.

• Demonstrate sound business and financial acumen.
