Essential Functions:

* Coordinates the daily operations of the new Sun Country Rewards CRM/Customer research and insights program. Oversees landscape of customer data and segmentation capabilities to recommend future requirements and enhancements to the Sun Country Rewards and Sun Country Visa credit card programs.

* Act as an enterprise CRM subject matter expert for a line of business and/or channel leading loyalty/customer satisfaction tracking studies.

* Lead quantitative customer survey tracking programs, analysis of secondary and database analysis, including building out measurement programs through the customer lens and refreshing programs as needed to provide a more holistic assessment of the loyalty programs.

* Define testing strategies, personas and segmentation approach to identify valuable customers and opportunities that drive increased engagement and revenue growth.

* Support direct market research vendors focused on creating insight through a variety of analysis efforts, including, but not limited to: text analytics, speech analytics, transaction and end to end experience research.

* Ability to organize and coordinate multiple priorities and balance changing client and company needs. Keen eye for detail and strong time management. Must be a self starter.

* Stay abreast of leading edge customer experience measurement techniques and capabilities.

* Leads vendor relationships in accordance with company policies and procedures

* Clear concise project communication (status, meeting agenda, meeting notes) for different audiences from core teams to owner teams to steering committee members.

* Consistently providing internal and external stakeholder communications and progress reports that effectively outline the project status, risks, issues and action plans to ensure project success. Ensures cross-functional alignment of product roadmap and priorities.
