Customer Analytics to Brand & Marketing

Customer Development and Analytics (CDA), a part of the Global Brand and Marketing department, is the heart and the brain of SAS data driven digitalized communication strategy.

The main responsibility of the unit is to analyze customers and their behavior. This results in communication and marketing strategies, and tactics and reporting to management.

We are looking for a profile that wants to develop SAS customer analytics and further develop our personalization strategy in an omni channel perspective. You will work closely with one of Scandinavia’s most beloved brands and one of the most modern, data driven and future focused departments in the industry.

As a person you are curios, analytical with good business understanding and like challenges and transformation.

The main area of responsibilities:

* Be a dynamic and highly professional member of the CRM Analytics team

* Be part of cross-functional teams for marketing communication

* Evaluate and analyze outcomes of communication strategies and tactics i.e. marketing analysis

* Optimize the yield of the communication strategies

* Execute on analytical insights

* Present results in internal and external fora

Qualifications and Experiences:

* B Sc or higher in relevant academic discipline

* Experience from operative and analytical CRM work

* Preferred experience from working with analysis in the context of digital media in Google Analytics or similar platform

* Superficial (or deeper) knowledge of predictive analytics

* Experience in working with tools for predictive analytics (e.g. SAS Enterprise Miner, SAS Enterprise Guide, SPSS Modeler, R or Python)

* SQL and/or Base SAS

* Fluent professional English in speech and writing, as well as one Scandinavian language

* Knowledge of analytical and operative CRM work, digital and conventional

The position is placed at SAS Head office in Solna, Stockholm.
