Crewplanner Norwegian

Job description

• Ensuring the efficient and legal scheduling of crew for Norwegian pilots and cabin crew

• Plan the duty rosters and ensure that the rosters are compliant with the applicable rules and regulations before the roster is released to the flight deck or cabin crew personnel, and released within the deadlines set by the European rules and regulations

• Closely cooperate with training coordinators in planning of refresher and additional CBT crew training and annual checks for our flight deck and cabin crew

• At the end of the roster-planning period, you will also be responsible for preparing relevant crew data for roster release reports

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering in Industrial Organization or equivalent

• Relevant experience within transportation, logistics, operations or scheduling can compensate for lack of formal education. Work experience in aviation is preferably

• Knowledge about applicable rules and regulations within the aviation industry is an advantage

• Knowledge with any crew schedule system is desirable (not a requirement)

• Advance knowledge and use of Microsoft Office tools

• Be able to balance attention to details with the ability to see the bigger picture.

• Experience in working in a high paced environment

• Languages: English fluent written and oral
