In this role, you will work within the Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) and be responsible for carrying out crew roster maintenance, monitoring and supporting activities to meet operational requirements and situations, either within the Day of Operation or Pre-operational window, as required. You will be working on a 24/7 shift in the IOC and part of your role will be professional liaison and interaction with Flight Crew and Cabin Crew, IOC stakeholders and Flight Operations Management.
Specific accountabilities include:
To be effective in this role, you will need a Bachelors degree combined with at least four years of relevant experience. You will need a detailed knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements (i.e. Flight Time Limitations) and a proven ability to solve problems within a time-pressured environment. You will also need to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, and as such, a good command of the English language is required.
