Reporting to the
Travel Services Supervisor, the
Crew Travel Coordinator is responsible for the day to day bookings of all
Jet2.com Pilots and Cabin Crew Accommodation and Transport. This is a pivotal role supporting the business to achieve our "
On Time Performance" goals, by ensuring our colleagues are in the right place, at the right time and in the most cost effective way.
You will be responsible for managing Crew Transport and Accommodation in line with business requirements using our contracted suppliers. You will accurately input all bookings on the various in house systems whilst ensuring that all transport that is rostered is legal to confirm according to
Flight Time Limitations (FTL) rulings. Delivering the highest possible service to your internal customers is vital to the success of this role.
This role will work on a shift basis, 4 days on and 4 days off, 7am till 7pm.The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate
excellent planning and organisational skills and will ideally have experience in a similar role. You must have a
genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service and be a supportive and helpful Team member. Administration experience, with a working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel and excellent numeracy skills is essential.
