Job description
As Crew Tracker, you will be a part of a team that monitors the daily operation with regards to crew and takes necessary measures to ensure our operations run smoothly and in a cost-effective manner. You will report to the Manager Crew Tracking or designated team leader, and the work will be shift-based.
Key responsibilities include:
• Monitor the crewing side of our operations, both Pilots and Cabin Crew, on a daily basis and keep the crewing system updated across multiple bases and destinations
• Ensure all crew members are managed in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, Operator’s manuals and other relevant agreements and policies
• Identify efficient solutions to complex situations and ad-hoc requirements, and take action in order to minimize the disturbance on our traffic program and for our passengers
• Communicate and maintain a professional relationship with crew
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements for crew as required
• Support and develop a working relationship with your team members and other relevant stakeholders
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of job-related experience, preferably in the Aviation industry or other Transportation industry
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Aviation, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business is an advantage, but not required
• Experience in use of logistical or resource planning systems is preferred

• Proven ability to prioritize and perform well under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly structured and accurate in decision-making
• Fluent in English - written and spoken
• Self-going and able to contribute actively in team work
