Crew Scheduling Officer

Mission

Responsible for the Rostering in cooperation with other related departments in order to ensure the flying programme is crewed in accordance with all regulations and in a cost-effective manner.

Tasks

* Make sure, in accordance with Training and cabin safety departments, every crew member follows in due time the training courses as described in FOM, part D in order to ensure that their competences and know-how are developed.

* Prepare a roster in order to ensure that all flights are crewed.

* Plan all crews on a fair and equal basis, granting requests where operationally possible in order to set-up an efficient planning that satisfies every crew member.

* Provide the availability of sufficient crews and reserve duties in order to be able to react on normal roster disruption.

Profile

* Bachelor

* 2-year crewing experience

* Good Knowledge of the Operations Manuals

* General knowledge in planning

* Languages: English is a must, other languages are an asset

* Good knowledge: BLUE ONE, MS OFFICE

* Stress-resistant

* Analytical and organized

* result oriented

* Able to work independently and to interact with team to achieve the targets of the department
