Job Role:
VistaJet is seeing an experienced Crew Planner to strengthen the Malta based Flight Operations Team.
Activities | Responsibilities:
- Preparation of crew rosters in accordance with statutory requirements
- Monitoring daily and forecast crew duty to ensure it stays within limits
- Informing crew when changes to the roster occur
- Resource planning / scheduling of flight crew
- Coordination of crew accommodation and transportation
- Coordination in case of sickness or other unavailability at short notice
- Working with and updating the respective databases and tracking programs
- Working closely with the OCC Manager and Sales to maximize efficiency of the fleet and crew utilization
Your Profile:
- Dynamic
- High degree of flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Team orientated yet able to work alone when required
- Quick learner
- Able to think laterally
- High levels of determination
- Service orientated
- Proficient in MS Office and other data processing applications
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Fit for shift work
Other Benefiting Factors Include:
- EU-OPS Subpart Q working knowledge
- Understanding of “Acrobatico” Crew Planning Software
- Experience in a similar environment
