Purpose and Context of the Job Comair Limited, a JSE listed Aviation Company, is looking for applicants for a Credit Controller based in Randburg, Gauteng. A Credit Controller is required to invoice sundry customers, ensure all automated invoices are imported to the finance system, reconcile the sub-ledgers and collect any debts owed to the company.

Key Performance Areas • Invoice out bookings/ tickets that are on account to ensure that Comair‘s monies are collected.
• Raise invoices for external customers.
• Balance general ledger recons to identify any problems.
• Prepare journals for profit return and financials to ensure all accounts balance.
• Follow up and collect outstanding monies owed to the company.
• Allocate payments received accurately.

Requirements • Grade 12 (Essential)
• Accounting qualification (Essential) or without – see additional experience
• With qualification: 2 years’ experience in debtors or creditors (Essential)
OR
• Without qualification: 4 years’ experience in debtors or creditors (Essential)
