Purpose and Context of the Job Comair Limited, a JSE listed Aviation Company, is looking for applicants for a Credit Clerk based in Randburg, Gauteng. A Credit Clerk ensures that invoices are correct and in order for on-time payment and to load all local and foreign payments into the online banking system.

Key Performance Areas To distribute documentation to relevant departments to get the necessary approval.
To liaise with internal and external parties to ensure order and invoice amounts correspond and to follow up on discrepancies.
To check paperwork in accordance with SARS requirements to ensure VAT can be claimed.
To load all local and foreign payments into the online banking system.
To reconcile all creditor accounts to Syspro and ensure balanced to Accounts Payable system.

Requirements Grade 12 (Essential) with Accounting
Tertiary Accounting qualification (Desirable)
1 Year experience in Accounting (Essential) within the Travel industry (Desirable)
