Description
Corporate Communications Trainee
The Corporate Communications Trainee will be a member of the Corporate Communications team of Wizz Air which manages the reputation of the company, develops brand awareness, secures international press and fosters employee engagement within the company.
As a Communications Trainee you will be involved in a wide range of tasks covering the entire scale of communications activities.
The Corporate Communications Trainee will report to Head of Corporate Communications.
Responsibilities:
* Media tracking and tabulation
* Prepare weekly reports on the activity of the department
* Support the coordination of media trip requests, update contact data bases
* Assist organization of company and press events’ pre & post production
* Support production of varied newsletters (graphics, pictures, content, layout, etc.)
* Update key messages and media FAQs where required
* Draft clear and compelling communications materials such as presentations
* Update boilerplate, data sheets and maintain department archives
* Develop and maintain country fact sheets, infographics
* Support the coordination of external agencies in several countries
Requirements:
* Active university student status in Hungary, preferably in Communications / Marketing / Business related subject
* Fluency in English
* Ability to work min. 20 hours/week
* Good interpersonal, networking and communication skills
* Solid writing skills
* Effective research and administrative skills
* Initiative, eye for details and a team player
* Solution focused thinking in challenging situations
* Resourceful, flexible and responsive in dealing with people
* Ability to work under pressure and with short deadlines
* Proficient in MS Office applications
