CORProject Manager

About You: • Demonstrated ability to operate with independence and autonomy • Demonstrated experience breaking down problems, organizing work, planning sprints, and delivering technical programs in agile delivery models • Experience working on programs to
define and build cloud-native software products as a platform at scale • Enjoys diving deep to understand of the platforms capabilities and underlying technologies. • Proven track record of data driven decision-making and applying continuous improvement methodologies
across teams • Can debate the delivery strategy with business teams, architects, engineers, and designers • Can communicate to executives, peers, and staff with impact, eloquence, and authenticity • Demonstrated experience building relationships, partnering
with and influencing dependent teams while commanding the respect of the individuals you work with across the organization Responsibilities: • Manage cross functional activities related to projects and ensure delivery of products on schedule and within budget.
• Lead and motivate culture meeting the Mission, Vision and Values of the Company, resolving conflicts and clearly communicating objectives to management and team. • Manage appropriate report of project progress to stakeholders, and ensure all required procedures
and policies are followed. • Manage scheduling team members and effectively communicate scheduling concerns and solutions to relevant stakeholders. • Have a commitment to education, process improvement, leadership and project management best practices. • Responsible
for timely review of invoicing from third party providers.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field, or equivalent experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
• 5+ years’ experience in project management, including experience in management of cross functional teams.
• Experience with Oracle software preferred, but not required.
• Ability to multi-task in a high energy and fast-paced environment.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge with Microsoft Office.
• Strong math proficiency is a plus.
