Job Role:
The incumbent’s main responsibility is to ensure that TDC programs, services and initiatives are well understood and executed. They are to work in tandem with other TDC departments towards this goal.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service as a point of contact for TDC members including Agents @ Home;
* Member Services are often asked to contribute in the implementation of various projects and training executions and works jointly with other Transat departments;
* Working alongside with the Product Manager, Member Services is also asked to help oversee different commercial programs such as Star Traveller, Transat Insurance, the CRM program, Online Gift Card orders, and commercial web accounts;
* Assist in preparation for regional meetings and conferences as required;
* Member Services is the keeper of information on the TDC Extranet and helps coordinate the vast majority of information;
* Member Services prepare opening and closing lists as members join or leave TDC, and liaises with Transat inscriptions, finance, legal and governing bodies, such as TICO, as required;
* Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
* Graduate of a recognized post-secondary college travel course;
* Minimum of three (3) years travel experience either retail or wholesale;
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite;
* Must be available to work outside standard working hours;
* Some travel may be required;
* Excellent communication skills in English and French, both spoken and written in mandatory;
* French skills will be a strong asset;
* Social Media Skills is an asset;
* Available outside the standard working hours;
* Must have a pleasant and welcoming personality.
