Coordinator Cargo ULD Norwegian

Job description

Main responsibilities:

• ULD Control

• Daily monitoring all stations

• Send ULD requests

• Replacement of all spare parts (Velcro, nets, straps, curtains)

• ULD handling – handlers – GOM

• ULD system handling

• Damage and Repair ULD’s – Send to repair shop

• Daily - customer/shipment monitoring/Booking

• Smartkargo – message reporting – Flight control

• ULD handling – handlers – GOM

• Monthly reporting of damaged and repaired ULDs

• Monthly reporting cost of repairs

• Weekly reporting missing ULDs

• Monthly ULD and weight and balance report

• Ensure quality of product

• Cost reduction

• Increase revenue

This job description is not limiting in comparison to other duties as the Company considers appropriate to post the position on a permanent or temporary basis

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics and/or cargo/airport handling

• Knowledge of Cargo/Aircraft ULD

• High level of English

• Microsoft Office and other computer software skills

• Able to travel on request

• Able to work in different shifts
