Job Role:
Excel have been asked to find a number of experienced NDT technicians for a very different project based in the South/South West of the UK.
The role involves carrying out advanced, conventional and surface examination NDT on mainly military applications using Ultrasonic techniques to confirm given tolerances tolerances fall within acceptable standards.
You will be working as part of a NDT inspection team and will be expected to compose reports on your findings and work in the most efficient manner possible, please note that there may be requirements for working in confined spaces or at heights in this role.
To be considered you must hold PCN Level 2 or equivalent in Ultrasonic NDT, any qualification in Magnetic Penetrant would be an advantage.
In return we offer at least 40 hours per week, an excellent rate of pay and at least a 6 month contract thats likely to be extended into years
