This role will be responsible for the ownership of the Content Management System (CMS) for the internal customer experience, content integration, forms development (authoring experience) and internal CMS governance including but not limited to built-in and custom component guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

* Subject matter expert of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform

* Accountable for internal customer authoring experience

* Provide suggestions to improve AEM authoring features to WEB product team

* Collaborate with designers to create new templates for editorial use

* Ensure templates are quality made and compiles to Digital Experience Guidelines

* Responsible for publishing strategy (business rules definitions and result in content authoring requirements)

* Manage CMS tool information architecture including multi-site management at the functional level

* Provide ad-hoc support to CMS and AEM usage matters

Requirements

* 3+ years of work experience with an university degree in Business, Computer Science or related subjects

* Positive, passionate and love mastering Digital Martech tools

* Expertise in AEM/Wordpress eco-system, including authoring, publishing and scaffolding

* Knowledge of web design and content management concepts

* Basic understanding of connectivity methodologies, e.g. API, data import, etc

* Understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies

* In-depth understanding of the best practices and standards of website development and maintenance

* Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript would be advantageous
