Monarch Engineering; Line Maintenance provider of the year 2017; are in their 50th year. A dedicated and customer focused company who are looking for a Compliance Surveyor to join their Luton based team.
This position is required to meet all associated requirements in respect of compliance,
- Audit program
- Company approvals
- Safety management
- Customer audits
- Investigations
- Continuation training
Safety management
Ensure SMS is adopted within the group
Approvals
To all certifying staff
Audit program
To meet the requirements of the business, in all aspects of compliance auditing
Continuation Training
To carry out and develop the Compliance aspect of continuation training
Unannounced Audits
Requirements of the business in all aspects of compliance auditing
Knowledge:
- Must be a trained Quality Surveyor, have been in the compliance department for over a few years
Skills:
- Hold auditing skills (training)
- Understand Part 145
- Understand Part 147 and 66
- Licenced Engineer
Experience/Education:
- Higher education but not necessarily a degree
Competencies:
- Able to write reports, have a quizzical mind during audits.
- Be meticulous in all aspects of investigation
- A good report writer, capable of drawing information from staff involved in audits.
- Motivated & capable of discussing the regulations across the business
