Commercial Engineering Support Officer

Zenon are currently searching for a Commercial Engineering Support Officer on behalf of a successful maintenance repair organisation in the South of England.

Working within the Commercial Department and reporting to the Deputy Commercial Manager, the Commercial and Engineering Support Officer will be integral to provide an interface between the Customer and the Company, building a trusting relationship with the Customer Representative and assisting in meeting their day-to-day expectations.   

The successful candidate will interpret the individual customer’s contract into a working contract brief and communicate clearly the requirements to Production, Planning Engineer Purchasing and Stores, to ensure the Customer receives the best possible level of service.

Hours – Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. 

The successful candidate would need to demonstrate the appropriate skills, knowledge and experience of a similar role which includes:

•    Commercial Aviation experience with demonstrable experience in a similar role, ideally within a Part 145 MRO environment
•    Experience of working within a Customer Liaison role, for example account management
•    Excellent knowledge of EASA, CAA and FAA requirements within a Part 145 MRO environment.
•    Excellent IT literacy including all Microsoft Packages.
•    Experience of Envision (Rusada) software would be highly desirable
•    Have a progressive attitude to progress additional work requests and able to use initiative to get a job done 
•    Excellent team player with ability to liaise with different departments to achieve a common goal
