About Your New Role This is an exciting opportunity to join our Parking and Ground Access (PGA) team, who are
responsible for managing the airport’s landside business including roads, car parks, ground access
and landside security. As the Commercial Coordinator you will be responsible for the coordination of
commercial contracts, managing stakeholder and partner commercial queries and communication, as
well as supporting the team with consumer research and reporting. This role would suit someone
looking for career trajectory into a Pricing Analyst role.

Additional duties include:  Manage the administration of contracts and analyse contract performance  Manage the Ground Access bus payment system by liaison with key stakeholders  Monthly data input and month end reporting, revenue audits; customer segmentation, pricing

ad competitor reviews  Evaluate materialisation of all contracts using statistical analysis tools  Auditing the PGA section of the Melbourne Airport website and online booking systems  Liaison between B2B customers, Finance, and the Parking & Ground Access operations team  Customer service and campaign briefs and systems support
About You
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years practical experience in a commercial or coordinator role for a
range of products and/or within a large corporation. Alternatively, you may be a Graduate in
Commerce, Economics or Finance. You will have adaptability in a fast paced, changing environment
and be comfortable managing competing priorities. You will possess well-developed written and
verbal communication skills and a high level of professionalism, particularly when dealing with senior
stakeholders. Your computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for producing
detailed analysis will be highly advanced as will be your ability to pick up new systems and processes.
Above all, you will have the right attitude, come with great enthusiasm and resourcefulness when
solving problems.
