Position description
In this function, you are responsible for organizing technical trainings for our aircraft engineers in the SWISS Technical Department. Together with the Planning Manager and the Training Assistant, you allocate the resources (classroom, trainers etc.), invite to the courses and issue the certificates; you will also handle the process for courses bought in.
Your Duties
* Collect all technical training needs of the SWISS Technical Department
* Ensure on-time availability of internal trainings at the requested times
* Organize external technical trainings and ensure they meet the highest possible standard
* Produce all necessary training documents (certificates, invitations, airport badges etc.) in time
* Deputize the Planning Manager and the Training Assistant
Requirements
* Good team player
* Very good communication skills
* Good interaction with stakeholders on different levels
* Flexible, committed and reliable
* Profound skills in MS office
* Flair for numbers and figures
* Fluency in written and spoken German and English
