3 AND 5 AXIS MACHINIST

A leading aerospace client based in Littlehampton, West Sussex are recruiting for CNC Machinists initially on a contract basis.
Working as part of a small team, with a proven background in engineering you will be producing Patterns and product from CAD data both 2D and 3D using 3 and 5 axis CNC routers.

Experience (Preferable rather than desirable)

• 
  Siemens Sinumerik 840D SL control experience would be an advantage but training would be given.
• Familiarity with CNC pattern machining operations, you will be producing fully finished patterns, the ability to visualise and produce patterns for the manufacturing requirements of composite tooling is preferred.
• Inspection processes and experience with Power inspect software would be an advantage.
• Preparation of limited production assemblies, various materials, castings, RTV tooling etc.
