The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Chief Flying Instructor who has the relevant qualifications to succeed in this role, a genuine desire to become a part of the business long term and who is committed to making Fiji home. 

Our client is a reputable flying school based in Fiji. The owners of the establishment have built up a very busy operation and now need a Chief Flying Instructor to take over the supervision of the instructors and students. As well as providing leadership you’ll also need to provide quality instruction to students learning to fly.

The Location:

Nadi is the main transport hub of Fiji and gateway to it’s beautiful coastline and Islands. Nadi is a busy and culturally diverse town where there are a mix of eateries from traditional Fijian to Indian, Chinese and Western dishes. Take advantage of the warm seas to try snorkelling and scuba diving or visit Fiji’s beautiful Islands and white sand beaches.

Essential Requirements:

• Air Transport Pilot license (this will need to be able to be converted to a Fiji licence)
• Flight Instructor Rating
• Flight Instrument rating
• Class 1 Medical
• Demonstrate an ability to manage people, work autonomously as well as integrate within a team environment 
• Proven experience as a quality Flight Instructor
• Hold appropriate visas/passports to live and work in Fiji
