Chief Flight Instructor (CFI)
CAE Parc Aviation are excited to announce, on behalf of our Client, that we are now recruiting for a highly qualified person for the position of Chief Flight Instructor.
This person will report to the Training Manager.
The position requires close cooperation with Flight Operations and counterparts within the organisation.
This management position is based in Dublin, Ireland, with 65% of the time spent on administrative duties (office) and the remaining time on operational duties and/or simulator activity.
We are looking for a pilot with broad operational background together with a proven simulator training background and experience.
The duties and responsibilities of the Chief Flight Instructor shall include and not be limited to:
Maintaining training standards in accordance with the organisation and authority training standards in liaison with the organisation Crew Training.
Ensuring all pilot training is in accordance with regulatory and organisation policies.
Ensuring the highest standards of safety and crew resource management in all training activities
Managing the command selection process in partnership with the Chief Pilot Type.
Managing the Training Captain / SFI Selection process.
Cooperate with Norwegian Group Training resources to develop outstanding training material / processes.
