Qualification

• Male or Female

• Age above 25 years old

• Bachelor Degree in any field

• Airline Industry background at least 3 years

• Experienced in Amadeus at least 2 years

• Knowledge in Amadeus Altea Load Control system will be an advantage

• Good level of proficiency in MS Office suite of products including well developed Word, Excel and Power point

• Good command of both spoken and written English will be an advantage.

• Toeic score at least 500

• Pro-active and responsible, comfortable working autonomously as well as in a team environment

• Hard working, ability to work independently, flexible and meet deadlines

• Able to travel on service journey to provincial and international stations

Job Description

• Manages and controls gathering of data and information, and communication relating to the implementation of the Passenger system Support of the Ground Customer Services Department

• Cooperates with all concerned internal and external departments to the delegation and communication of the implementation of the DCS projects

• Obtains relevant updated information of aircraft weight and balance and aircraft database

• Detects, Analyzes, and established the modification requirements including the priority set-up of the modification program

• Participates in the interface procedures with other airlines

• Participates in all activities in compliance with IATA regulation and resolution for passenger services

• Manages controls and provides advice for subordinates in their daily operations

• Coordinates and acts as an instructor and trainer in Amadeus Altea training courses for customer service agents and load control agents of both Thai Smile staff and Ground Handling agents

• Assists and support Ground Customer Service agents in their daily operational problems as deemed necessary

• Other activities as assigned
