As an addition to the Charter Sales department, the client, a long established business jet operator with world wide operations, is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Charter Sales Manager to be based in Malta.  

In this challenging position your main duties and key responsibilities are:

Selling and coordinating charter flights on client fleet

Managing owner flights

Brokerage of sub-charter flights

Providing high standard customer service

Liaising with other client departments when required

Supporting the regional offices by generating quotations when required

Following up on quotes made

Calling customers regularly in order to stay informed and develop relationships

Business development calls, prospecting of new customers through research

To fulfill this position successfully, your qualifications and experience shall include: 

A Charter Sales Manager with excellent organisational abilities with a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience working in the business aviation sector;

An entrepreneurial mind-set and strong commercial spirit;

Excellent leadership, presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written;

Proven experience in sales, managing relationships with key clients as well as an in-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis;

A highly driven, proactive and sales oriented with a strong business acumen;

A strong command of the English language;

Additional languages will be considered an asset
