Qualifications

Requirements :

* Bachelor degree preferably in tourism or business studies related fields from a reputable university,
* Minimum 3-4 years of experience
* Excellent analytical and communication skills,
* Strong reporting and analyzing skills,
* Excellent command of Russian ( written and spoken ) , knowledge of English and/or German is plus
* Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
* Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, fast in action but with detailed planning,
* Able to work both independently and as a part of team,
* Advanced problem solving skills with an analytical mindset,
* Being good in human relations, having good communication and discussion skills,
* Communication and negotiating skills,
* Ability to set priorities for effective time management,
* Company wise thinking and handling,
* High learning capability, quick adaptation to changes,
* Ability to travel in Turkey and abroad,
* Will be located in Antalya.
* No military obligation for male candidates.

Job Description

The responsibilities of the Charter Sales Specialist comprise the assistance and the support of the Sales Managers Charter Sales by their negotiations with tour operators with the aim to occupy the fleet completely; and by preparing seasonal contracts.

For each season the Charter Sales Specialist is accountable for the completeness of all by the tour operators, signed and accepted single and basic contracts as well as side-letters.

Tasks

1. Contracts

* Preparing Basic Agreements for all new tour operators.

* Preparing new Charter Agreements for all tour operators seasonally

* Inserting price components in Flight-Deck ( Quintessence )

* Inserting contracts / allotments in Flight-Deck ( Quintessence )

* Checking the single contracts / turnovers and forwarding them to the tour operators

* Monitoring the recirculation of the contracts

2. Supporting the work of the Sales Manager on all kinds of tour operator requests within a season

* Planning new routes

* Cancellations

* Allotment changes

* Side letter-agreements

* Administration of any kind of surcharge (e.g. fuel surcharge)

* Market / competition monitoring

* Support by presentations for internal company use

3. Working on ad-hoc charter and full charter requests

* Looking for availabilities on the requested dates

* Getting route cost data internally.

* Giving the offer to the broker or tour operator

* Preparing all necessary agreements.

* Implementing all necaessary information in Flight-Deck ( Quintessence )
