Join us as a Change Manager Implementation and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in St Bruno, Quebec.

As a Change Manager Implementation, you will be accountable for the efficient implementation of the change through the coordination and engagement across functions.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Monitor the performance of the process;
- Identify current bottlenecks and project risk of future bottlenecks;
- Coordinate the team of functional change coordinators in pursuing progression of the change through the implementation phase;
- Supervise performance of change management process by implementing and reporting with visual management and standard Key Performance Indicators (KPI);
- Support the implementation of Information Services (IS) tools involved in the change management process.

Qualifications

Key requirements:

- Master Degree in any of Mechanical Engineering;
- Three (3) years of experience in a role linked to the change management process;
- Good knowledge in concepts of project management;
- Excellent English and French communication skills, advanced both written and spoken.
