Position: Catering Executive
Location: Mumbai-Head Office
Qualification: Minimum HSC with prior catering experience, prefered - graduate
Age: 20 - 35 Years
Key Requirement for the Position Ensures seamless Catering Operations from Units/Stations allocated.
? Ensures OTP is maintained as per desired standards.
? Conducts checks and maintain quality of F & B that is uplifted on GoAir flights.
? Ensures compliance of vendors towards SLA’s and agreed standards for services provided and
products uplifted
Job Description Key Accountabilities
1. Responsible for overall catering/store operations from the catering base.
2. Ensures that ‘On Time Performance’ of Go Air flights is never compromised upon due catering
operations.
3. Ensures that the quality of products uplifted is as per required standards.
4. Ensure that quality checks on the caterer premises, assembly checks, ramp checks and meal sampling
are done as per defined frequencies and records are maintained of the same.
5. Ensures efficient meal ordering as per the dining schedule and the changes as per the ‘Daily Flight
Programme’
6. Ensures proper use of airline equipment handed over to the caterer and inventory of items on defined
frequencies.
7. Ensures that all complaints/Flight Report issues are taken up, addressed and communicated back to
the concerned department as and when required.
8. Liaises with Go Air stakeholders light In Flight, OCC, Dispatch, APS, IT and other relevant
departments as and when required.
9. Ensures validation of billing is done on a daily basis i.e. items taken from the caterer.
10. Ensures meal uplift by the caterer is done as per the defined parameters and matrix provided.
11. Ensures that all Go Air assets i.e. store stocks, equipment etc. are not misused at any given time,
either by team members and other Go Air staff.
12. Ensures that instructions passed on from HO are effectively communicated and the necessary is
implemented as required.
13. Maintains cordial relations with caterer at all times and ensure that all Go Air concerns are addressed
and resolved within required timelines.
