To provide superior customer service through before and after sales support, follow-up and demonstrating our “Service Straight From The Heart” philosophy to grow Cathay Pacific product, service and brand.

Key responsibilities and Sales Planning

Revenue Management and Sales Planning

Provide support for reviews on sales performance and measurements to fine-tune strategies and aid future sales planning and development:

Sales Development and Account Management

Understand the nature of the business of each individual agent to fully optimise selling opportunities and revenue streams for the department:

Sales Reporting

Ensure effective communication for market intelligence to enable timely reaction by the sales team to grow revenue and mitigate competitor risks:

Cargo Reservations

Ensure that the highest levels of customer service in terms of “Service Straight From The Heart” is provided at all times to our appointed agents and customers in the following daily tasks:

Cargo Marketing

Provide the necessary support for cargo marketing activities in the following areas:

Others

Contribute towards the effective and productive functioning of the section at all times:

Qualifications / Experience

Academic qualifications

* Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level

Knowledge, skills, training and experience

* 3 years relevant Customer Service experience, preferably in airlines or logistics

* Good command of written and spoken English with the local language an advantage

* Positive customer service attitude with superior interpersonal skills

* Demonstrable ability to work independently with good decision-making skills

* Self-motivated and enjoys teamwork

* Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
