Cathay Pacific, Thailand is looking for qualified and interested candidates to join the Cargo team, in the position of Cargo Res & Sales Officer.

The successful candidate will need to offer the highest level of customer service in the area of cargo reservations and sales support to our cargo agents for their bookings and queries.

Key Responsibilities:

Cargo Reservations:

* Ensure cargo reservations provided with the highest levels of customer services at all times to CX / KA appointed agents and customers.

Customer Service:

* Assist to widen the revenue stream through offering agents who call in any updated on space opportunities and seeking their support on weak flights and flights with poor utilization levels.

Sales Reporting:

* Ensure an effective communication for market intelligence in those areas, so that the sales team can react quickly to grow revenue or mitigate competitor risks.

* Provide updates to Assistant Manager Cargo Sales and Cargo Manager on important market information involving market updates, competitor activity and project shipments through the weekly sales report, conducted in accordance with the compliance guidelines of the company.

* Submit the weekly LD GFS Report to Sales Development in head office to report GFS loads uplifted in the previous week.

Others:

* Contribute towards the effective and productive functioning of the section at all times;

* Continuously look for improvement to internal work processes in order to enhance productivity and customer services.

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in any field

* Good command of written and spoken English and Thai

* Successful completion of CX Dangerous Goods course, CX Loading, Load sheet and ramp management course will be advantage.

* Computer literate and holding driving license will be preferable

* Right to live and work in Thailand
