Key Responsibilities:

Generate agreed revenue and services delivery to standards within the assigned territory
Maintain and increase customer base and revenue
Manage Key Accounts within the assigned territory.
Develop and manage two teams, in both SFO and LAX.
Produce marketing plans and implement goal setting programs for Western USA
Work with Cargo Sales & Service Supervisors in both stations to manage the GHA’s with focus on service standards and cost control
Work at all levels in the organization and with widely differing groups of people (agents, forwarders, handling agents)
Plan and focus on key priorities
Communicate with all Government Authorities for the compliance of aviation and local laws
Oversee all budgetary and non-budgetary expenditures
Manage local E&A activities
Fulfill the tasks and responsibilities of Cargo Operational Duty Holder

Qualifications/Experience:

Strong knowledge of the airline and international air freight industry
At least 5 years cargo management with sales experience
Proven success records in managing a team of staff
In-depth communication, management and demonstrated leadership ability
Proven success records in setting and achieving goals and targets
Knowledge of computer softwares such as MS Word/Excel/Act
Superior interpersonal and communication skills
Good decision-making and time management skills
Experience in dealing with Local, State, and Federal government agencies including suppliers.
