About the role:

We’re finding new routes to market and personalise experiences for our members and are focusing on best in class platforms that drive frictionless user journeys, with the backing of powerful data. We’ve created a new opportunity for a Campaign Advisor to join our team based in either Brisbane or Sydney, and work exclusively within our CRM Team. Join us on our journey and play a central role in end to end campaign delivery (build, execution and delivery of data-driven campaigns).

Here’s what your day to day looks like:

* Collaboratively working across teams to develop personalised and highly targeted campaigns

* Co-ordinate campaign from concept through to design/copywriting and build of eDMs in a timely manner from ideation to post campaign analysis

* Collaborate with external stakeholders on campaign activity, testing and targeting initiatives, and insights.

* Design and advise on campaign content to engage and benefit subscribers

* Conduct campaign reporting and evaluate campaign to continually improve campaign effectiveness.

Who you are:

You’ve got a strong skillset and knowledge of direct and digital marketing techniques and processes. You’re hungry in learning about business applications and asking the right questions to constantly improve campaigns delivery. You’ll have a great eye for detail: no detail is too big or small! You thrive on organisation, process improvement, and seamless error free outputs.

What you’ll need:

* Hands on experience in a similar marketing campaigns role. Airline/travel industry exposure is great to have.

* Experience working in Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver.

* Strong problem solving, prioritisation and analytical skills.

* Sophisticated ability to collaborate and partner with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful campaign results.
