Job Purpose:  Supporting the Cabin Quality Product Manager in managing the Cabin Standards for the sub-leased fleet across Group Airlines. Define and maintain a high quality standard of cabin interiors and products for the Groups sub-leased aircraft. To understand the Thomas Cook customer needs across the Group and ensure the aircraft cabins meet these needs. To ensure that sub-leased aircraft cabin  quality supports the positioning of Thomas Cook Airlines as the leading sun and beach carrier and achieves the CSQ/NPS targets.

 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Cabin interior aircraft detailed audits for ACMI aircraft against the defined ACMI cabin standards
  • Understand each sub-leased aircraft interior and manage alignments to the Group Airlines cabin standards
  • Establish and manage relationships and processes with various departments within the Group Airlines, third party suppliers and key project stakeholders
  • Evaluate strategic scenarios and create documents to ensure all of the key stakeholders are aware of the current cabin condition and expected cabin condition upon delivery to the Group Airlines
  • Utilise the customer insights data and cabin quality audit findings to help identify a priority focus for continued cabin improvements on sub-leased aircraft and provide pro-active updates to key stakeholders
  • Development of project scopes and objectives ensuring resource allocation and availability
Key Performance Indicators:
  • NPS targets achieved for sub-leased fleet
  • All aircraft targeted inspections achieved
  • Aircraft delivered in acceptable cabin standards
Capabilities Profile –Skills/knowledge, experience & track record.
 
Essential:
  • A minimum of 2 years active aircraft cabin experience, with a good understanding of aviation and aircraft engineering
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • High level of resilience, pro-activity and discretion
  • Ability, motivation and very high flexibility to travel worldwide
  • Excellent communication skills across different cultures
