Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced Business Solutions Senior Manager and a good team member, who will work in SunExpress Antalya Headquarter.

Skills Required:

* Bachelor’s degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
* A minimum of 10-15 years business solutions experience.
* Aviation industry experience is must
* Deep knowledge in aviation commercial solutions or aviation operational solutions
* Played a key role in a full lifecycle IT implementation project.
* Leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in English.
* You must possess strong client facing skills - with a demonstrable track record in managing IT software & hardware implementations
* You will have a minimum of 3 years proven Project Management experience - and be used to running projects of varying sizes (10-200+ working days).

Job Description

The Role:

The Business Solutions Senior Manager will work with our internal clients to manage critical implementation and upgrade projects. This position provides delivery oversight to multiple projects simultaneously.

This position is an excellent opportunity for an individual to leverage their expertise in coaching, relationship management, program and project management, business process design and improvement, system design and architecture and end user support as a Business Solutions Senior Manager for the Operations and Technical business processes as well as Coach on our business solutions team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Foster a culture of teamwork across the business solutions team and the SunExpress organization.

Lead team members to continually exceed the expectations of the organization through their project delivery, support and world class customer service.

Deliver a high level of customer service through world class end user support.

*

Own, manage and nurture business relationships for assigned business processes.

Work with functional leaders to align technology resources and options with defined business strategies.

*

Use understanding of business solutions strategy to work with functional leaders to determine priorities of business solutions enabled initiatives and investments

*

Collaborate with Business Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts to Identify Long Term Needs and Business Systems Strategy.

*

With key cross functional team members, define business requirements, including business data requirements, identify gaps with existing processes and systems and work with functional areas to create conceptual and functional designs for system enhancements and implementations.

*

Apply your project management skills to key initiatives within the business solutions portfolio owning core team leadership, project charter development, issue resolution and decision making, timeline, scope, budget and resource management, project risk assessment and progress reporting.

*

Provide business systems technical leadership to the organization. Combine technical expertise with business knowledge to provide direction and leadership to the business areas supported while leveraging and ensuring the use of best practices.

Continuously monitor business systems solutions and business trends to incorporate relevant technology trends within the business.

Provide functional, technical and internal process leadership to the business solutions team.
