BusinessFinancial Analyst

ZENETEX specializes in management and technology support services for a variety of federal agencies and commercial organizations. We have an immediate opportunity for a Business/Financial Analyst focusing on the areas of business, financial management and reporting requirements in support of the NAVAIR ERP Business Office. Primary Duties and Responsibilities * Perform analysis of business, financial management and reporting requirements in the areas of Entitlements, Accounting Pre-validation Module (APVM), Payment Pre-Validation Module (PPVM) Automated Disbursing System (ADS), Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), Sales Order Processing, and Billing * Supports client operations in business analysis, data analysis and reconciliations, data maintenance and functional documentation development * Provides support for data calls, data retrievals and analysis of metrics * Monitors and evaluates business processes and proposes recommendations and corrective actions * Monitors and resolves trouble tickets related to the above functional areas * Performs analysis, assess business impact and provide recommendations for resolution, and/or workarounds, for system deficiencies/defects * Coordinates quality assurance and test activities in support of changes/upgrades to Navy ERP software, NAVAIR or Navy business process changes to assess or determine impacts to NAVAIR business operations and recommend corrective actions Required Skills * SAP experience required in the following modules: FI and CO * Navy ERP experience in Comptroller and Accounting functions Education and Experience Requirements * AA/AS or higher degree in Accounting or Finance or at least 2 years of General Ledger accounting experience in Navy ERP * Strong organizational skills * Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team * Excellent communication and inter-personal skills Security Clearance * This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance.
