About Your Job
As a Business Development Specialist you will use market intelligence and raw data to analytical identify new initiatives to the senior management team that will influence the efficiency and future growth of Qatar Aviation Services.
Responsible for creating advertising content to be used in print, digital media, and marketing communication you will safeguard the quality and integrity of the QAS brand.
Your key accountabilities will include the following:
- Deliver on-going analysis and insight-driven guidance for QAS business development through a continuous review, analyses and evaluation of business performance
- Participate in the design and development of Reporting and Analytics strategy, coupled with other Business Intelligence Initiatives and metrics to serve as benchmarks to operational goals in line with the overall commercial strategy and revenue budget
- Actively assist as a subject matter expert in the development of the Business Intelligence and Cost modelling Tool
- Creating of communication content for advertising and marketing communication which includes developing print advertisements, commercial scripts and marketing literature to ensure consistency and quality
- Ownership of several and varied data reporting processes, and improving and developing these over time, partially through the application of extensive data mining and database experience
- To ensure that QAS gain competitive advantage and efficiency through the deep understanding of business activities, business intelligence reporting and analytics solutions
You will hold a relevant College or University qualification to a Bachelor’s Degree level preferably within Business Studies, Commercial Marketing or Engineering coupled with a minimum of 5 years job related experience.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working within Business Strategy, Business Intelligence, Management Consultancy or a related field.
You will have the ability to effectively relate between analytics and business solutions, review and recommend solutions with in a fast paced growing industry.
