In your role, you will:
- Act as a first point of contact for all centralized data systems matters in Bombardier, and solve system glitches that can cause safety of information issues;
- Manage data: download from SAP all terms and conditions of negotiated contracts and conduct all necessary data analysis, such as the required for avoidance of duplication of part numbers;
- Act as gatekeeper of respect for agreements and, when appropriate, as point of contact when discrepancies appear in order to keep Legal Services informed;
- Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize the efficiency and data quality of the statistic plan;
- Take part in workshops with Business Units teams and provide guidance in order to develop an optimal process, maximize efficiency and data integrity;
- Ensure SAP Contract support: extract price adjustment data to allow accurate financial and market analyses;
- Perform annual process of Catalogue Collection update from Suppliers: Perform analysis from catalogue data to reflect new or removed parts and fluctuation in price;
- Control access to various systems in accordance to our access to information policies;
- Maintain information accuracy on basic data in CLM and other centralized systems;
- Take part in projects involving BMIS (Bombardier Manufacturing Information Systems) deployment initiatives to ensure accurate upload of data into SAP from legacy systems;
- Provide training on centralized systems (SAP, CLM or others) to new Supply Chain employees.
Qualifications
As our ideal candidate,
- You have at least a college Diploma in IT, Commerce (Business Administration) with experience in data management systems such as SAP or in data systems such as ACCES;
- You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and particularly of Excel;
- You have strong analytical and problem–solving skills, good communication and planning skills;
- You have strong customer orientation, demonstrate flexibility and autonomy and can manage multiple priorities;
- You have the ability to build ACCESS databases;
- You have good contractual knowledge ;
- You have excellent written and oral proficiency in English and in French.
