After our fantastic success in 2017, we now have some great opportunities for Back of Supervisors to join our Ground Operations Team at London Stansted Airport.
Reporting to the Ramp Duty Managers, this role is responsible for supervising the day to day operation and managing the operational teams. Key responsibilities include:

- The supervision of the day to day airside operation, ensuring safe and efficient handling of our flights and compliance with Company standards and legal requirements, in line with our safety first culture
- Overseeing the performance of the Lead Ramp Agent, Ramp Agent and Baggage Loader Teams, and coordinating the allocation of duties
- Working with the Passenger Service Supervisor to complete operational daily reporting and undertaking HR related duties
- Ensuring the delivery of an effective and friendly service that meets the needs of our customers and promotes our brand values
Working in all weather conditions, this is a varied and fulfilling role with both colleague and operational responsibility. This position involves working on a rostered shift basis and requires flexibility to support the operation.
The successful candidate will already be demonstrating Role Model behaviours. With strong experience and in depth knowledge of Ramp handling, you will have previous experience of managing teams and coaching individuals in a fast paced ramp/airside environment. With excellent communication skills, you will also need to be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for developing others.
For all our airside roles you must hold a full UK Driving Licence and pass a Medical, administered by the airport.
