Due to the continued growth of Signature TechnicAir EMEA, we have some fantastic opportunities to join our Signature TechnicAir Team as a B1 and/or B2 Licensed Engineer at our Bournemouth, Luton and Manchester Locations.
Signature TechnicAir provides base and line maintenance services for a range of aircraft including Cessna Citation, Embraer and Hawker Aircraft at Bournemouth Airport, London Luton Airport, Biggin Hill Airport and will be expanding to new locations in 2019.
Main Responsibilities
- To carry out maintenance actions tasks as detailed by the Production Manager or Shift Supervisor.
- To manage and run scheduled and unscheduled inputs as Check Lead as and when directed by Production Manager or Shift Supervisor.
- To ensure all tasks undertaken are carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and company procedures and are duly certified on completion.
- To certify aircraft maintenance tasks carried out by themselves and by non-certifying engineers.
- To ensure that tasks allocated to non-certifying engineers are carried out as efficiently as possible and within proven flat rate time allowances and to the highest standard.
- To comply with company Health and Safety at all times.
- To liaise with customers, manufacturers support representatives, regulatory authority representatives and company management and support personnel as required.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a positive customer service attitude without compromising quality
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years aircraft maintenance experience
- Hold a current EASA Part 66 B1/B2 Licence
- Cessna Citation, Hawker and Embraer type ratings are an advantage
- Basic computer skills and a current human factor training certificate are essential for this role
