Avoca Store Team Lead- ARI
An exciting new opportunity has arisen with ARI, our retal division for a Team Lead to lead a team of sales assistants in our brand new Avoca store. Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, the purpose of the role is to lead the team in delivering a best-in-class, captivating, branded customer experience enabling sales growth. The role requires the successful candidate to ensure that they drive a customer-centric culture, where the full energy and activity of the store team is focused on delivering highly satisfying customer experiences.
Qualifications
* Minimum three years retail experience
* Track record in managing and motivating staff in a fast moving retail environment
* Track record in delivering on sales targets
* Excellent understanding of retail standards
* Excellent understanding of business environment
* Commitment to ARI Values & ARI Way
Responsibilities
* Display expert product knowledge of all categories within Avoca
* Drive brand standards
* Coach and mentor new staff members
* Monitor and manage customer service levels by spending time on the shop floor and creating a culture which delivers excellent customer service.
* Proactively work with the category buying team to maximise product offer and stock level to increase salesoffer and stock levels to increase sales
* Reinforce all activities related to providing a safe working environment
* Reinforce store strategy to reduce shrink
* Carry out any other exceptional duties as determined by the business from time to time.
