Avionics Design Engineers

Design, certification and project management of electrical / avionic designs in this global aviation organisation.

These customer facing roles involve whole life-cycle electrical design for aircraft modifications and repairs. You will project manage concepts and schemes tracking costs and timings and assisting with quotations. You will also deal with testing and maintenance queries.

• Identifying and specifying equipment and parts to be installed (e.g. cables, looms, power bus, connectors

• Equipment Software Management

• Assist in the creation of certification documentation

• Electrical load analysis

• Reviewing approvals of equipment, e.g. ETSO, TSO

• EMC/ HIRF and environmental testing/ documentation

• Weight and balance amendment instructions

• Air test/post flight evaluation requirements

• On-site aircraft surveys
