About the Role
We currently have three (3) roles available for Aviation Operations Interface Manager and one role sits within Airfield and the other two roles sit within Terminal.

With significant capital projects planned over the next five years, the Aviation Operations Interface Manager
holds the critical role as the interface between the Capital Project team, Operations team and key external
stakeholders (airlines, Agencies, etc.) from initiation through to delivery and ORAT (Operational Readiness,
Activation and Transition). In this role you will design, develop and deliver on capital projects and business
improvements from inception through to Go Live across all Aviation Operations’ facilities projects with a focus
on airfield/terminal projects. You will also be the advocate for the operational strategies & efficiencies and
traveler experience through the life cycle of projects. Some of the exciting developments in your portfolio will
include innovative product development, infrastructure projects, process & systems improvements, service
enhancements and people change projects. Your responsibilities will also include:
 Deliver an efficient and effective project interface to enhance the customer experience  Manage compliance requirements and deliver cost effectiveness on an ongoing basis  Manage operational readiness to support reputational management and risk mitigation  Deliver strategy for stakeholder management and communication
The Ideal Candidate Impress us with your energy and vision to achieve results and commitment to the customer experience. You’ll
bring a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role within the aviation field and sound understanding of
airfield operations. You have proven experience of successfully managing large scale projects and utilizing
process improvement methodologies. You pride yourself on being an effective communicator across a wide
