Job Role:

Task Responsibilities:

• Prepare yearly audit schedule, carry out audits, prepare and distribute audit report, recommend improvements to procedures, follow-up on audit results, close audit after satisfactory corrective actions
• Verify that the rules and procedures are clearly defined and followed by the different departments
• Perform regular periodic Quality Assurance Audits and spot checks of Maintenance & Engineering departments at Luxembourg main Base, Line stations and vendor facilities according to the established Audit plan as per the Quality Manual
• Be responsible for the adherence to all legal requirements when preparing and making the Quality Assurance Audit Plan
• Make every effort to enhance the awareness of Quality among the company staff
• Follow the Maintenance & Engineering required controlled manuals

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of work experience within the aviation industry (EASA Part-145/-147/-M activities)
• Experience in Quality related work and processes
• Leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English + French)
• In depth knowledge of EASA Part-145/-147/-M
• Adherence to strict rules of confidentiality
• Possess a minimum level of education to at least BACHELOR or equivalent
• Have good, standard knowledge of IT products
• Be team-focused with good communication and analytical skills
• Be proactive and willing to turn issues into solutions
• Ability to interpret the regulation and related procedures
• Holding IATA International Fuel Quality Pool (IFQP) qualification and good knowledge of FAR 145 is an advantage

Working Conditions:

• A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
• Position based in Luxembourg
• Be prepared to travel when required
• Possess a valid driving license
