Role Purpose

Provide training support to respective training teams in developing materials and related documentations aligns to Quality Management System requiements

Key Accountability

Maintain consistency of training contents with industry standards training certifications are relevant at all times

Arrange and coordinate impending training programs with required training materials and class requirements which include scheduling of traines availability and training plans (calendered)

Assist trainers in researching for content in developing training contents inclusive of administer test s/assessment and examinations as part of the training requirements

Analyse participant feedback for continuous improvement

Qualification

Diploma - Diploma in related discipline

SPM/SPMV - NA

Working Experience

1-2 yrs - Audit exposure is an advantage

Skills & Knowledge

Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge in Human Resources and Training Mangament
