Assistant Manager Senior Associate Terminal Operations Safety Seletar Airport 3001

We are looking for meticulous and motivated individuals with a passion for making a difference in the aviation industry. You will be part of the team tasked to manage passenger terminal operations, including Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer (ORAT) programme for Seletar Airport’s new passenger terminal building and ensuring the overall safety of the airport. You will be expected to multi-task and cover a broad-ranging scope of activities covering various airport touch-points and functions.



Specifically on the ORAT front, you will be working closely with internal stakeholders, airlines, ground service providers and other business partners to jointly develop and execute the Seletar Airport ORAT programme, as well as, monitoring key milestones closely to ensure that deliverables are on schedule. You will also be involved in various procurement and sourcing projects that support the ORAT programme.



On the Safety front, you will be focusing mainly on safety on the terminal and landside areas at Seletar Airport, which requires maintaining documentation and work with internal and external airport stakeholders. You will be required to maintain various safety and operational manuals; manage internal and external audits by departments and agencies; audit airport stakeholders and follow up on incident and survey/inspection reports put up by our Seletar Operations Team; investigate and determine root causes to incidents/accidents and provide recommendations; review, maintain and carry out risk assessments for any new, or any change in, operations within the airport while maintaining the currency of the our risk assessment register.



Requirements:


Good Degree or Diploma in any discipline
At least 1 to 5 years of working experience
Self-motivated with good written and verbal communication, multi-tasking and project management skills
Relevant working experience in safety and/or aviation-related work would be an advantage
