Position: Assistant Manager - FMSS

Division: FM&SS, Finance

Location: Gurgaon

Roles and Responsibilities:

* The position holder is responsible for assisting the Manager FMSS in managing employee Domestic and International Travel and Transport.

Transport

* Responsible for managing the execution, direction, and coordination of all transportation matters within the organization.
* This includes managing budgets, organizing schedules & routes, ensuring that vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements
* Making sure that drivers are aware of their duties
* Managing Transport vendors agreement and timely renewals.
* Ensure team attendance , Punctually & sincerely.
* On time Arrival & On time Departure as per the Transport policy.
* Maintain optimum cab Occupancy during the trips.
* Ensure all vendors Cab Compliance reports validity at all times.
* Safety of employees travel and Escorts Provision for First and last Lady pick & drop during night.
* Ensure all employees gets Transport notifications SMS as per the policy.
* Ensure all employees gets Transport notifications SMS as per the policy.
* Achieving Employee satisfaction all the times.
* Ensure all Female Night calling & Breath analyzer testing on daily basis.

Domestic and International Travel and Transport.

* Responsible for managing the end to end Travel arrangement (domestic and International)
* Travel MIS with cost analysis
* Managing vendors agreement and timely renewals.
* Managing complete operations of travel desk (International/domestic)
* Visa
* Hotel Booking
* Air Ticketing
* Generate and keep record of travel reports
* Service travel requestor as help desk agent via phone, email and chat

Skills and Attributes

* Good Communication skills Oral & Written
* Immediate joining would be preferred.
* Any Graduate
* Understanding of Ticketing, Passport, itinerary management

Academic Qualification:

* Graduate
